What is the Return Policy?
Returns. We hope you enjoy your product, however, in the event of returns... (1) We must be notified within 5 business days of receipt of any shipping damages, or you will need to deal directly with the carrier yourself to obtain credit from them. We are willing to replace or credit you for damaged items "if" you report damages to us within "5 business days." You must contact us via telephone (504)382-1174 for our instructions concerning damaged merchandise due to shipping. Please, do not take it upon yourself what to do with the merchandise. This will violate any credit you may possibly be receiving. You must keep the damaged merchandise in its "original" box with all the cushion material. The shipping carrier will send a representative to "view" the damages. (2) You may return your "unused, brand new in resalable condition" item for a FULL REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Items returned after the 7 day period, and up to 30 days from purchase date, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping, special discounts and handling fees are not refundable. After 30 days from purchase, items may not be returned! (3) You must call for a Return Authorization to return ANY item. If you do not obtain a pre-authorization, we will not accept the return, and credit will NOT be given. Items that are "pre-authorized" to be returned must be returned in their original box with the original protective plastic cover & original cushioning paper or bubble wrap. Any returned item MUST BE IN BRAND NEW, RESALABLE CONDITION! We advise you to insure any return package.

Is your Shopping Cart Secure?
Yes. We only ask for pertinent information in order to process your order. Once you push "submit" on your order, we receive the order, but NOT the credit card information. Only the Merchant Provider (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) knows your credit card number. If you accidentally inputted wrong credit card data, the order will not go through. For "YOUR" security, we do not keep credit card information. Therefore, we ask that you input your information each time you order.

Can I cancel my order?
Please submit any CANCELLATION via email to orders@angelartpictures.com, or call 504-382-1174. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
